In 2010 we realised small bakery in Hospital Brno-Bohunice. There were strict terms of design and size of building by hospital management we had to keep when planning this project.
Shop includes sale area with sales desk and preparation room where preparations for a small furnace and open pastry are prepared. In back part of building is also small area for staff and toilets. Floorings are in tiles in whole building, preparation room and sanitary areas are coated by wall tiles. Outside facade is done by large multi-layer boards of natural wood, seasoned to the desired hue.
After half a year of operations management of CROCUS evaluated this shop as the most successful, with the largest revenue.
