This building serves as a representative area for meetings with customers. Emphasis was placed on quality materials, smooth connections on both the walls and ceilings and exclusive amenities.

Unconventional design of corrugated facade in the vertical direction is a new element in our range. 

Building was rented for 5 years to a German company engaged in the production of medical and industrial gases. It is quite possible that lease period will be extended or even building will be purchased by customer, if serving in full satisfactory. It also can solve current shortage of office space this way.
