Again, after ten years, we have succeeded with project of modular buildings for same pharmaceutical company in Rixensart, Belgium, where we built research laboratories and offices.

This building has been installed with latest recovery ventilation to meet requirements for air exchange, heating and cooling of the building.

Challenge in this project was location of all units on the roof of the building, which is due revision of this system accessable through open skylights.

Customer added an elevator with local supplier, for which we prepared all openings through floors and roofs, and we provided complete waterproofing of roof.
