In April 2008 we finished administration building for ZSD in Brno-Modrice, with 765 sq. M of office space. Building was designed for 40 people, with automatic gate parking lot in front of building. Exterior and interior architecter was co-created with MAURA architects.

All offices are fully air – conditioned and building is equiped with most sofisticated PC route system, alarm system, electronic potter in all doors including parking lot and audio systems with loudspeakers in halls and toilets.

There is hot water heating system in building, all electro connection cabling and water piping is put in walls.
